Step 1: Initial Connection Setup

Begin by opening the AIGEN integrations dashboard and selecting Notion. Authorize the connection through your Notion workspace and grant access to the pages or databases AIGEN needs to use. Make sure the selected workspace is active and properly configured before continuing.

Step 2: Workspace and Data Mapping

After connecting Notion, choose the pages and databases you want to make available to AIGEN. Map relevant information such as documents, tasks, knowledge entries, or project details to the appropriate workflow fields. This keeps information structured and easy to access.

Step 3: Knowledge Workflow Configuration

Configure how AIGEN should use connected Notion content across your workflows. Create actions for retrieving information, updating pages, or organizing knowledge automatically. Add conditions where necessary to ensure information is updated consistently without creating unnecessary duplicate entries.

Step 4: Testing and Deployment

Run several tests using sample pages and database entries before activating the integration. Verify that AIGEN can access the correct information and that updates are reflected properly in Notion. Once everything is confirmed, enable the connection and monitor the initial workflows.
